An introductory course that leads guests through the Into the Treehouse methodology. This foundational course invites attendees to destigmatize play and learn to harness it for their personal and professional enrichment.

Grounded in ITT’s methodology of integrating the whole self in work and play, we guide guests to understand their deepest desires as a map for the type of work they want to do and the approach they take to it.
Writing Our Inner Worlds / Our Outer Impact
This workshop invites attendees to connect with their inner worlds to meet each other in the space where they overlap. We guide attendees through somatics and a liberatory lineage of texts to untangle long-dormant thoughts, feelings, and ideas.

Learning happens through the body, through joy, and through community, not just through text. Each experience we create guides our movement between knowledge and feeling, analysis and imagination, and theory and integration, so that ideas become felt experience.
